Most iPhone screen replacements are completed in 60–90 minutes while you wait. iPhone Pro Max models and iPad screens take 2–3 hours. MacBook screens typically 3–5 hours. We always give you an accurate time estimate before we start — no surprises.

Absolutely. We use 100% genuine OEM Apple parts for all repairs — screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and everything else. We never use refurbished, third-party, or replica parts. If you'd prefer a premium third-party alternative at a lower cost, we'll tell you upfront and get your approval first.

We accept virtually all brands and models for exchange: iPhone (all models), Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Pixel, and more. For laptops we take MacBook, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, and others. We accept devices in any condition — mint, cracked screen, broken charging port, water-damaged, or even completely dead. The condition affects the valuation but never the ability to exchange.

We evaluate based on model, storage capacity, physical condition, battery health, and live market rates updated daily. Our appraisers are trained to give you the highest fair market value. The evaluation is completely free and there's no obligation to sell. If you have a better offer from another dealer, show us — we'll often beat it. We don't believe in low-balling; our volume means we can offer you more.

All repairs come with a minimum 90-day warranty on parts and labour. Most repairs — including screen replacements on flagship iPhones and MacBook keyboard replacements — come with a full 6-month warranty. If anything fails within the warranty period due to our repair, we fix it completely free of charge. You'll receive a written warranty certificate with every repair.

Your data security is our top priority. Our technicians are strictly prohibited from accessing any personal data on your device. We recommend you back up your device before bringing it in as a precaution. For data recovery jobs, all work is done under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) available on request. We've never had a data breach or complaint in 7 years of operation.

Yes! For bulk exchange orders (5+ devices) and corporate clients, we offer free pickup from your location anywhere in Mumbai. For individual repairs, we're working on a home pickup service — ask our team for current availability. Walk-ins are always welcome at our Bandra West store, 7 days a week.

Our No-Fix, No-Fee policy means if we can't repair your device, you pay nothing — not even the diagnostic charge. We'll return your device in the exact condition we received it and give you an honest assessment of your options, which may include our exchange program where we'll still offer you value for a non-working device.
